In this time of uncertainty, please know I share your concerns and fears. With that being said, we are doing our very best to take care of the numerous calls received daily about court dates and if they have been rescheduled. As of March 17, 2020, if you had a court date on either March 23, 2020, or April 13, 2020, your case has been rescheduled to April 27, 2020, at 5:00 p.m.

Notices and/or Summons were sent to the last known address on file.  If you did not receive a notice, please contact my office immediately to verify your current address to prevent additional actions on your case.

Unfortunately, with all of the unknowns, I cannot guarantee your case will be heard on April 27, 2020, or any future court date.  Therefore, I am asking that you please take five minutes of your day and log onto https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do and find your case.  This will give you up to date information on your case, however, I also am asking that you help me, help you in the best way possible and click on the track my case feature.  This will notify you of any changes regarding your case and will give you a current court date.  Should a court date change, you will automatically be notified of such.

Payment dates have not changed.  Payments are always due on the 15th of each month.  If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payment is due on Monday of that week.  We have a payment drop slot located on the outside of the court for your convenience.  Please make sure the payment is pushed all the way through the slot until you can no longer see it.

Please feel free to contact my office at 573-431-3142 x 27 for assistance with anything relating to your case.  As previously stated, we have been very busy, if I am not available please leave me a message and I will return your call.
