Pickleball Courts
Pickleball has officially arrived in Park Hills!
The City of Park Hills proudly opened two new dedicated pickleball courts at Haney Park in August 2024, providing residents and visitors with another exciting recreational opportunity right here in our community. The courts were added as part of the City’s continued investment in parks, outdoor recreation, health, wellness, and community engagement.
Whether you are a seasoned player or trying the sport for the very first time, the Haney Park Pickleball Courts offer a fun, welcoming environment for players of all ages and skill levels.
What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in America and combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong into a fun and easy-to-learn game. Played with paddles and a lightweight plastic ball, pickleball is enjoyed by people of all ages because of its social atmosphere, accessibility, and active gameplay.
The sport can be played casually for recreation or competitively for exercise and tournament play.
