Meetings of the City Council and Other City Related Organizations

The Park Hills City Clerk posts official notices of all public meetings on the bulletin board inside the entrance to City Hall at 9 Bennett Street. Facilities for meetings posted below offer access for the disabled unless otherwise noted.

City Council Meetings

You may find the meeting agendas by Clicking Here, or you may navigate to the meeting agendas here on the City's website, by clicking "Home" -> "City Code" -> and then by clicking on "Agendas" under the "Public Documents" header on the left side of the page.

Regular Council Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive, the SECOND Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

This request form must be delivered to the City Clerk or City Administrator prior to 12:00 noon on the Thursday preceding the meeting and may be honored at the time "Public Comment" appears on the agenda or a specific agenda item is open for discussion.

Council Work Sessions are held as needed.  These meetings are to be conducted in Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive, at a time to be specified via public notice.

Special Council Meetings are occasionally scheduled and publicized at least one day in advance.  These meetings are to be conducted in Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive, at a time to be specified via public notice.

Special Council Budget Sessions are held in the Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive, the FOURTH Tuesday of SEPTEMBER at 6:30 p.m.

Other Regularly Scheduled Meetings

The City's Planning and Zoning Commission meets in the Council Chamber, located at 10 Municipal Drive, at 6:30 p.m., the Second Thursday of each month.

The Park Hills Library Board Meetings are held Quarterly, in January, April, July, & September.  Meetings are on the 3rd or 4th Monday of these months at 6:30 p.m. and are held at the Park Hills Library, located at 16 South Coffman Street. Please call (573) 431-4842 for exact dates.

The Annual Public Meeting of Park Hills Industrial Development Authority is held at 12:00 p.m., the First Thursday of January. These meetings are held in the Park Hills Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive in Park Hills.

Transportation Development District Board Meetings are held the First Thursday in December in the Park Hills Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive. Meeting times vary.

The Annual Public Meetings of the Park Hills Public Safety Corporation are held the Second Tuesday of January at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Conference Room, located at 12 Municipal Drive.

The St. Francois County Special Road District #2 meetings are held as needed in the Park Hills Council Chambers, located at 10 Municipal Drive.

The Solid Waste District meetings are held the Fourth Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the Regional Planning Commission in Perryville.

The Transportation Advisory Committee meetings are held Quarterly at 11:30 a.m. at the Regional Planning Offices in Perryville. Call (573) 547-8357 for exact dates.

The Annual Meetings for St. Francois County Environmental Corporation are held in January at Desloge City Hall. Please call (573) 431-4768 for details.

The Regional Planning Commission Meetings are held at 2:00 pm, the Fourth Tuesday of each month, excluding September. Those meetings are held at Regional Planning Offices in Perryville.
