The City of Park Hills invites proposals from qualified individuals, businesses, or organizations to operate and manage the concession stand at "The Reef" during the summer season. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services to park visitors while adhering to all applicable local and state regulations.
The City of Park Hills invites proposals from qualified individuals, businesses, or organizations to operate and manage the concession stand at "The Reef" during the summer season. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage services to park visitors while adhering to all applicable local and state regulations.
Sealed applications will be received by the City of Park Hills, Missouri, at the office of the City Clerk located in Park Hills City Hall, 9 Bennett Street, from 8:00 am on April 16, 2025, until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
Proposal packets consisting of an application form, concession stand information, and contract documents may be obtained at Park Hills City Hall. The City of Park Hills reserves the right to reject any and all applications and to waive irregularities in the applications. Park Hills is an equal-opportunity Municipal Corporation. The final award of the contract is subject to City Council approval.
