The award was formally presented to Coleman during the Park Hills City Council meeting held last night.
The honor recognizes outstanding achievement in municipal communication and community engagement. The official citation reads: “MessageSpring proudly recognizes Tamara Coleman and the City of Park Hills for their outstanding excellence in communication, fostering trust and inspiring unity across the community.” The award was signed and issued by Kevin Bloom, Founder & CEO of MessageSpring.
Over the past several years, Coleman has played a key role in strengthening how the City communicates with residents, prioritizing clear, timely, and accessible information.
