Notice of Upcoming Utility Billing System Upgrade

The Utility Department will be undergoing a scheduled software update from March 9 through March 11. During this time, we will be unable to process payments in person or over the phone.

How to make a payment during this time:

• Accepted Payment Methods: We will continue to accept cash and check payments at our utility office.
• Receipts: Staff will provide a handwritten receipt if necessary for all payments received during this window.
• Account Processing: Please note that while we will accept your payment, we will not be able to credit your account immediately. All payments made between March 9 and March 11 will be posted to accounts once the system update is complete.
